2020 has been incredibly painful for so many of us. The grief and loss has been huge. Sure, most of us are taking precautions, adulting like crazy and coping the best we can with the political, social, environmental and economic unrest.

But how many of us have allowed ourselves to have a good cry, to grieve, to fall apart, even momentarily? Having a good cry is about the most helpful and healing thing we can do. If we hold our hearts with self-love as we cry, we unburden the stored feelings held in our physical and emotional bodies.

We hope you’ll join us for this special event as we guide people, through story and music, into our hearts, through to the other side of the pain where we will find ourselves uplifted, with full hearts of joy and infinite appreciation for this life.
